All members of the community are eligible to use the Birthday Party area in the Pixie Park for their pre-first grade children.
When and Where
The Birthday Party area may be reserved any day of the week for up to 3 hours.
The time slots are 10:00a.m.–12:45p.m. or 1:15p.m.–4:00 p.m.
We’ve been busy making updates to the park, and our Birthday Party area has recently reopened. The new and updated location is in a semi-private area behind the Pavilion.
The fee for using the Birthday Party area is $100 for members of Pixie Park and $250 for non-members.
An additional deposit of $100 is required to ensure all trash is cleaned up after the party. The deposit check will be held until one week post party date. The deposit will not be refunded if the birthday trash is not removed.
You can reschedule or cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to your event date.
How to Book Your Party
Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Please email the Birthday Party Chair at firstname.lastname@example.org with the date and time desired for your party and any other questions.
Confirm your reservation by:
1. Printing a copy of the reservation/liability form.
2. Completing the reservation/liability form and mailing it, along with your two separate checks made payable to Pixie Parents, Inc., to the Birthday Party Chair.
3. The Birthday Chair must receive your form and check at least 5 days before your scheduled party.
4. Please notify the Birthday Chair if you need to cancel or re-schedule your party so the time may be given to another Pixie.
