Host your next birthday at Pixie Park

Eligibility

Members are welcome to reserve the Birthday Party Area in Pixie Park for their pre-first grade children. Please note that during birthday parties the park remains open to our members, and the Birthday Party Area is reserved exclusively for you, the lucky birthday boy/girl, and your guests.

Dates & Times

The Birthday Party area can be reserved on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 am – 12:45 pm. If you would like to host a party during a weekday, please FIRST check the calendar, and then contact us at birthdays@pixiepark.org.

Fees

The fee for using the Birthday Party area behind the pavilion is $100. An additional deposit of $100 is required to ensure all trash is cleaned up after party. Deposit check will be held until one-week post party date. The deposit is not refundable if the birthday trash is not removed. Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of payment, and signed contract.

Rules & Regulations

Pixie Park and Marin Arts and Garden Center request that members adhere to the following rules:

Parties are limited to 18 children
Members/Adults must supervise their guests while playing in the Park
Children 7-years and up are generally not allowed to play in the Park (some exceptions for exceptionally well behaved, well supervised older siblings)
Please do not prop or leave the gate open during parties
No animals are allowed in the Park
No Balloons permitted anywhere in Pixie Park or anywhere on the grounds of the Marin Art and Garden Center
No space heaters or fans are allowed in the Park
No music or excessive noisemakers
No bouncy houses allowed

Please leave the Birthday Area and the Park clean and neat. To be eligible for a deposit refund you must bring your own garbage bags and remove all trash from the Park. Clean birthday area thoroughly. Please be sure the main gate is closed and locked when you leave. Your deposit of $100.00 will not be refundable if all birthday trash is not removed after party (“leave no trace”).

Cancellation Policy

You can reschedule your reservation up to 14-days prior to your event date. No cancellations.
